We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated and experienced team player to oversee our ministry with young people.
SALARY RANGE: £20k-24k (dependent on experience)
37.5 hours including weekend and evening work
We are looking for an enthusiastic and visionary leader who will:
- Develop strategies in line with the church’s vision of 'Discovering a life of wholeness and purpose in Jesus Christ'
- Provide opportunities for young people to receive teaching, pastoral care and friendship in the church community
- Create and develop opportunities for outreach with youth in schools and the community
- Be responsible for training and mentoring the Youth Ministry Team
